1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sentinelcoin.net, the SENTINEL wallet screener, token scanner, or any associated tools and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on sentinelcoin.net including but not limited to:

• The SENTINEL brand name, logo and visual identity
• The AI security scanning methodology and scoring system
• The SENTINEL MEV Blackbook — database of confirmed malicious bot addresses
• All source code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and server-side functions
• The token security report format and PDF generation system
• All written content including the whitepaper, documentation and marketing materials

...is the exclusive intellectual property of Sentinel Coin and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any SENTINEL intellectual property without express written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the SENTINEL tools and services for personal, non-commercial security research purposes only. Specifically permitted:

• Scanning wallets and tokens for personal security purposes
• Downloading and sharing PDF security reports for personal use
• Sharing scan results on social media for informational purposes with attribution to SENTINEL

Specifically prohibited without written permission:

• Copying, forking or reproducing the SENTINEL codebase
• Creating derivative products based on SENTINEL's methodology
• Scraping, bulk querying or automated use of SENTINEL tools
• Commercial resale of SENTINEL scan results or reports
• Misrepresenting SENTINEL scan results or removing attribution
• Reverse engineering the SENTINEL AI scoring system

4. No Financial Advice

SENTINEL is a security information tool only. Nothing on sentinelcoin.net or in any SENTINEL scan report constitutes financial, investment or legal advice. SENTINEL scan results are for informational purposes only.

A SAFE verdict does not guarantee a token is a good investment. A DANGER verdict does not guarantee a token will fail. Always conduct your own research (DYOR) before making any investment decision. Never invest more than you can afford to lose entirely.

Sentinel Coin, its team members and associates accept no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of using or relying on SENTINEL scan results.

5. Limitation of Liability

SENTINEL tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Coin excludes all liability for:

• Inaccurate or incomplete scan results
• Financial losses resulting from investment decisions
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or smart contract failures
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages

6. Token Disclaimer

The SENT token is a utility token on Solana. SENT is not a security, investment product or financial instrument. Purchasing SENT does not entitle the holder to any equity, revenue share, or guaranteed returns. Token utility features described in the whitepaper are subject to development timelines and may change.

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk including total loss of capital. Past performance — including SENT's ATH of $222,000 market cap — is not indicative of future results.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use SENTINEL services to:

• Submit false or misleading information in audit or verification requests
• Attempt to manipulate, game or circumvent the AI scoring system
• Use scan results to harm, defame or falsely accuse legitimate projects
• Attempt unauthorised access to SENTINEL systems or APIs
• Use SENTINEL tools in any way that violates applicable laws

8. Scan Results & Accuracy

SENTINEL AI scan results are generated by an AI model and represent a probabilistic risk assessment based on available on-chain data. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current. The SENTINEL team makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of scan results.

SENTINEL correctly flagged $XST token as 72/100 DANGER before it rugged from $70M to $4M market cap. This demonstrates the system works but does not guarantee all future scans will be accurate.

9. Paid Services

Fees paid for formal audit requests, project verification and scanner access are non-refundable. Payment of a fee does not guarantee a specific outcome — formal audits and verifications are conducted at SENTINEL's sole discretion, may result in a correction or a clarifying note rather than any change to a score, and SENTINEL may decline any request.

10. Accounts and Prepaid Credit

You may create a free account with a username and password. You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery code private and for everything done through your account; contact us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

• Credit. You add credit by sending $SENT to the payment address shown inside your own signed-in account. Credit is valued in US dollars at the $SENT price when your payment request is created, is used to pay for scans, and is non-refundable and has no cash value. It cannot be transferred to another person.
• Pay only inside your account. Only ever pay to the address shown to you inside your signed-in account on sentinelcoin.net. We will never message you a payment address or ask for your password, recovery code or seed phrase, and we are not responsible for payments sent anywhere else.
• Exact amounts. Manual payments must match the exact amount shown for your request. Payments sent to the wrong address, in the wrong token, or for the wrong amount may not be credited, and blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
• Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credit.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for abuse or fraud.

11. Community Chat

The chat is a public space for the SENTINEL community. By posting, you agree to follow these rules:

• No hate speech: slurs, or content that demeans people for race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar traits.
• No harassment, threats, doxxing, or sharing other people's private information.
• No scams or solicitation: do not ask people to send crypto, share seed phrases or private keys, click suspicious links, or join "guaranteed profit" schemes, and do not impersonate SENTINEL staff or anyone else.
• No spam, flooding or advertising of other tokens or services.
• Do not make false accusations of fraud about people or projects.

Messages are filtered automatically and may be removed. We may delete messages and mute or remove accounts at our discretion, with or without notice. Content you post is public; you give SENTINEL permission to display it in the chat. Nothing said in chat — including by other users — is financial advice, and users are not SENTINEL staff unless clearly identified. Never trust anyone who contacts you privately offering help, profits or "recovery" of lost funds.

12. Changes to Terms

Sentinel Coin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of SENTINEL services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
